Basic Training Fitness offers a variety of boot camps to assist our clients in achieving their health and fitness goals.
It is our belief that fitness and nutrition go hand in hand, however, everyone begins with different goals in mind and with varying fitness levels. Some people need more coaching and support, while others prefer independence after receiving some initial wellness counselling.
Women's Only Bootcamps are part of our private group programs. All posted classes are Co-Ed. Get a group of eight ladies together and we will run a private women's only bootcamp.

Womens Boot Camps
Ladies, our Fitness Boot Camp is a great alternative, or addition to any workout program. If you enjoy the outdoors, enjoy camaraderie and meeting new people and are looking for a full body work out twice per week, then our boot camp programs are for you. We will work with your personal level of fitness by showing you the easier and more advanced versions of many of the exercises so that you can work out at your own pace while still getting the full benefit of 60 minutes of intense exercise. Our boot camp program focuses on strength training using body resistance exercises, isometrics, cardio training and stretching. We incorporate martial arts, kick boxing, military basic training exercises, as well as various other types of sports training such as speed training and even use moves you would find in skating and skiing. |

| You are taught proper form and coached throughout the course of the program. Our boot camp program is designed by women to help progressively challenge you without any pressure or competition. Your trainer is also a valuable source of information and their goal is not only to see you through attaining your fitness goals, but also to motivate you and guide you through the program. We use music to help motivate, and tend to workout in more remote areas of parks in order to achieve a more private team workout.
Free demonstrations are available for groups of five or more. This is a great opportunity to come on your own and meet other ladies with similar fitness goals. Or come out with a few of your friends and meet your goals together while finding some time extra time for you. Our clients continue to come back because they see the results and they feel better. This is exactly why our boot camp works for them, and it will work for you too!
Boot camp programs are available in 4 week packages which includes 8 boot camp classes, a before and after physical assessment and boot camp tote bag. Nutritional assessments are also available. Boot camp is outdoors between April and October, and indoors November to March. REGISTER ONLINE TODAY!
