This is my second year with Bootcamp Ontario and I thoroughly enjoy it.
This summer I joined the Cambridge Bootcamp and met our instructor Daria. I am a person that likes to push myself to the edge and be pushed and Daria
totally does that. She makes you go just that little bit extra which makes
a difference. I would highly recommend anyone joining bootcamp as it is not only a way to get in shape but a social event as well to meet new people who also want a healthier more fit lifestyle.

In the Oakville stroller bootcamp, I lost 12 inches in 4 weeks, doing absolutely nothing else and eating the same way.
Lots of squats, lots of core work, etc... I'm back in all my pre-baby clothes and lighter than I was before I got pregnant.
The babies pretty much always behave pretty well since they are out in the park, and the workout is GOOD.

I wanted to thank Angela for a great 4 weeks - you were fantastic and the class is fantastic! I have more energy, endurance and I feel a lot stronger. Each workout was challenging, but still easy to follow - and I always felt great afterwards because I knew that I'd put in a good session! Thanks again!

Since I started my bootcamp with Angela, I feel 100% better. Bootcamp Ontario coupled with better eating makes me healthier. I love Angela the instructor as she inspires me to do my best and work harder each class. Way to go Angela!

For the first time in a very long time, I got dressed up last night. I was able to wear clothes that did not fit me a month ago, and although I know I still have a LONG way to go, it felt so good to look a little like the old me. Thank you SO MUCH for helping me transform my body. Last night was the first time I actually believed that it isn't too late to get myself "back" again. It felt so good...so much better than cheesecake.

I was really worried about joining since I was sooo out of shape, but the program is wonderful and it really does let everyone work at their own pace, yet challenges us all individually. Boot Camp is the best thing that I have ever done for myself. After the first four weeks of working out I lost almost 6
inches and have never felt better! My friend's, family and co-workers are constantly complimenting me on my
improvements. There are multiple benefits aside from the physical aspect. I feel so much more relaxed, happy and
energetic !!! I had a Gym membership last year, and I never went. Boot Camp is a ton of fun and a full body work-out

Boot Camp is just what I needed. I am 53 years of age, overweight, out of shape with knee and back problems yet I feel like new after attending these sessions! I lost significant inches and weight during an 8 week program and now I have signed up for another 8 weeks. Even though the results have given me great incentive I have a whole new lease on life. I have a lot more energy, none of my joints are stiff, I have not had a single back problem since I have been working out, I have more elasticity in my body and most of all I just feel better. It's great to do an intense work out with other women to the sound of music in a park with a blue sky overhead and all that fresh air! Infact, my 19 year old daughter has been coming with me and we've been bonding while getting healthier together. For me, not only have the results been amazing but they are enduring. I have tried fitness clubs and crash diets and none of these efforts have worked like Boot Camp has for me. I feel stronger, my muscles are getting toned and I can do exercises that I have not been able to do in a long time. Boot Camp is the best thing that has happened to me!! I would recommend it to anyone!

After having a sabbatical (so to speak) for over a year from my normal workout routine "Boot Camp" was exactly what I needed to get my motivation back and get me back on track. The instructor was a huge motivation for me. The exercises we did reminded me how amazing it feels to be working out and how invigorating a good workout is.

This has been such an amazing experience for me, not just physically, but emotionally as well.
This was the first thing that I have done for ME. Being a single mom with Fibromyalgia, for over 7 years and working 2 jobs to make ends meet, who has time. Being just over 40 now, quitting smoking 1.5 years ago, my struggle with weight has begun. I have now lost 7 lbs, my physical strength, endurance and flexibility has increased substantially.
I had been going to the gym for 6 months and hit a plateau that I couldn't seem to get past, this program got me there, and I am continuing to lose weight. I had very bad knees and now I can jog 1 - 2 minute bursts. This program is definitely something I will continue...
