Personal Training - Boot Camp Ontario

 

A personal trainer is a fitness professional who develops and implements an individualized approach to physical fitness, generally working on a one-on-one basis. Basic Training Fitness offers customized exercise programs for weight loss, strength training and increasing stamina. These fitness and personal training programs are custom designed, individualized for your specific needs.

Personal Training
At Basic training Fitness, each personal training program includes a custom designed Resistance Training Program, Cardiovascular Training Program, Core Training and Stretching Program. Please read the information below to help you decide which program best suits your individual needs.

Beginners Resistance Training Program
This program is targeted towards those new to resistance training, or those who are just getting back to basics after some time away from working out. We will teach you how to work out safely and effectively by teaching you about proper form, repetition, and showing you a variety of exercises and techniques that will safely, and effectively train all major muscle groups.
 
   
Intermediate/Advanced Resistance Training
This program is targeted towards participants who are familiar with all of the fundamentals of resistance training, and
are at an intermediate-advanced level of fitness, training a minimum of 3 times per week This program will teach
participants how to split their overall body work out into a two day “split” program allowing for more targeted work
outs with greater muscle recovery.

Cardiovascular Training

Beginner participants will learn the benefits of regular cardiovascular exercise, how to define and work within their
target heart rate zone, how to safely use a variety of cardiovascular equipment, as well as how to train without using
equipment. Intermediate and advanced participants will be provided with new information on cardiovascular training, and
creative ways to continue to challenge themselves in these areas based on their fitness goals.

Core Training and Stretching Programs

Each program will include core strength training as well as a stretching program. Beginners will learn about the
importance of warming up, stretching and improving range of motion, as well as how to improve Core Strength and the
benefits of doing so. Intermediate and advanced participants will also be provided with new information and creative
ways to continue to challenge themselves in these areas based on their fitness goals. Register Today!
