Basic Training Fitness offers a variety of boot camps to assist our clients in achieving their health and fitness goals.
It is our belief that fitness and nutrition go hand in hand, however, everyone begins with different goals in mind and with varying fitness levels. Some people need more coaching and support, while others prefer independence after receiving some initial wellness counselling.

Mens Boot Camps - Co-Ed Boot Camps
Basic training fitness now offers a co-ed boot camp program to get the men in great shape just like we’ve been doing with the women! Meet our awesome instructors for the men’s and coed programs on our Meet Our Team page. The Men’s boot camp fitness program is a great way for to get you into shape without the use of the gym. Enjoy the great outdoors and the fun format of our boot camps while you get into the best shape of your life. The coed class is also a great option for couples who want to work out together. Coed fitness classes will be instructed by a certified instructor and may be separated for specific components. You are taught proper form and coached throughout the course of the program. Your trainer is also a valuable source of information and their goal is not only to see you through attaining your fitness goals, but also to motivate you and guide you through the entire program.
Free demonstrations are available for groups of 5 or more. This is a great opportunity to come on your own and meet other people with similar fitness goals. Or come out with a few of your friends and meet your goals together while finding some allocate extra time for you. Our clients continue to come back because they see the results and they feel better. This is exactly why our boot camp works for them, and it will work for you too!
Boot camp programs are available in 4 week packages which includes 8 boot camp classes, a before and after physical assessment and boot camp tote bag. Nutritional assessments are also available. Boot camp is outdoors between April and October, and indoors November to March. REGISTER ONLINE TODAY!
