Basic Training Fitness offers a variety of boot camps to assist our clients in achieving their health and fitness goals.
It is our belief that fitness and nutrition go hand in hand, however, everyone begins with different goals in mind and with varying fitness levels. Some people need more coaching and support, while others prefer independence after receiving some initial wellness counselling. |

Create Your Own Boot Camp
Can’t find a time or location that suits you? Have a group that you want to share a private, custom tailored bootcamp with?......no problem! You get the group together (minimum of 8) and let us know what days, times and location you would like your bootcamp to take place and leave the rest to us. We’ll assign you an awesome Trainer who will work with your group to design a plan that works for you! Create a Bootcamp is great for:
