Basic Training Fitness offers a variety of boot camps to assist our clients in achieving their health and fitness goals.
It is our belief that fitness and nutrition go hand in hand, however, everyone begins with different goals in mind and with varying fitness levels. Some people need more coaching and support, while others prefer independence after receiving some initial wellness counselling. Our different boot camp options allow you to choose what is right for you.

C0-ED Boot Camps - learn more...
Our Fitness Boot Camps are a great alternative, or addition to any workout program. If you enjoy the outdoors, enjoy camaraderie and meeting new people, and are looking for a full body work out 2 evenings per week, then our boot camp programs are for you. We will work with your personal level of fitness by showing you the easier and more advanced versions of many of the exercises so that you can work out at your own pace, while still getting the full benefit of 60 minutes of intense exercise. Our boot camp program focuses on strength training using body resistance exercises, core exercises, cardio training and stretching. We incorporate martial arts, kick boxing, military basic training exercises, as well as various other types of sports training such as speed training and incorporate a variety of drills which continue to challenge you each week.
During the 60 minute sessions, not only do you workout, but you learn which muscles you are working out and how and why these exercises work. You are taught proper form and coached throughout the course of the program. Our boot camp program is designed to help progressively challenge you without any pressure or competition. Your trainer is also a valuable source of information and their goal is not only to see you through attaining your fitness goals, but also to motivate you and guide you through the program. We tend to workout in more remote areas of parks in order to achieve
a more private team workout.
Free demonstrations are available for groups of 5 or more. This is a great opportunity to come on your own and meet other participants with similar fitness goals. Or come out with a few of your friends and meet your goals together while finding some time extra time for you. Our clients continue to come back because they see the results and they feel better. This is exactly why our boot camp works for them, and it will work for you too!
Boot camp programs are available in 4 week packages which includes 8 boot camp classes, a before and after physical assessment, boot camp tote bag and a secured returning recruit rate of only $99 (plus apllicable taxes). The Co-Ed boot camp program is a great way to get into shape with the use of a commercial gym! Enjoy the outdoors while you get into the best shape of your life. Boot camp is outdoors between April and October, and indoors November to March.

Personal Training - learn more...
Each program includes a custom designed Resistance Training Program, Cardiovascular Training Program, Core Training
and Stretching Program. Please read the information below to help you decide which program best suits your needs.
Beginners Resistance Training Program
This program is targeted towards those new to resistance training, or those who are just getting back to basics after
some time away from working out. We will teach you how to work out safely and effectively by teaching you about
proper form, repetition, and showing you a variety of exercises and techniques that will safely, and effectively train all
major muscle groups.
Intermediate/Advanced Resistance Training
This program is targeted towards participants who are familiar with all of the fundamentals of resistance training, and
are at an intermediate-advanced level of fitness, training a minimum of 3 times per week This program will teach
participants how to split their overall body work out into a two day “split” program allowing for more targeted work
outs with greater muscle recovery.
Cardiovascular Training
Beginner participants will learn the benefits of regular cardiovascular exercise, how to define and work within their
target heart rate zone, how to safely use a variety of cardiovascular equipment, as well as how to train without using
equipment. Intermediate and advanced participants will be provided with new information on cardiovascular training
and creative ways to continue to challenge themselves in these areas based on their fitness goals.
Core Training and Stretching Programs
Each program will include core strength training as well as a stretching program. Beginners will learn about the
importance of warming up, stretching and improving range of motion, as well as how to improve Core Strength and the
benefits of doing so. Intermediate and advanced participants will also be provided with new information and creative
ways to continue to challenge themselves in these areas based on their fitness goals.

Create Your Own Boot Camp - learn more...
Can’t find a time or location that suits you? Have a group that you want to share a private, custom tailored bootcamp with?......no problem! You get the group together (minimum of 8) and let us know what days, times and location you would like your bootcamp to take place and leave the rest to us. We’ll assign you an awesome Trainer who will work with your group to design a plan that works for you! Create a Bootcamp is great for:

What Bride doesn’t want to look gorgeous in her dress? Whether you’ve chosen your dress and just want to look great in it, or you’ve put off shopping for one until you are happier with your figure....we can help. We’ll assign one of our highly skilled Personal Trainers to work with you and your bridal party to get fit for the big day. Your Trainer will customize a package for you to ensure you can meet your goals in time for your wedding. And I think you’ll be surprised at how reasonable the rates are!
