Basic Training Fitness offers a variety of services in order to assist our clients in achieving their health and fitness goals.
It is our belief that fitness and nutrition go hand in hand, however, everyone begins with different goals in mind and with varying fitness levels. Some people need more coaching and support, while others prefer independence after receiving some initial wellness counselling. Our packages allow you to choose what is right for you. You can chose from any of the following boot camp services, or combination of services.

Fitness Boot Camp
If you enjoy getting outdoors in the warmer months and like the idea of camaraderie, lots of variety in your exercise routine and 2 intense 60 minutes sessions of exercise per week, then our Fitness Boot Camps are for you. Our fitness boot camps are designed to progressively challenge you. Each week we introduce new exercises, more difficult versions of exercises and more repetition so that you are constantly reaching new fitness limits. Stroller Boot Camp
Stroller Bootcamp for moms & babies/tots includes a variety of drills that focus on strength, power, agility, balance, cardio and core. There's no need to find a sitter because your baby will be right there by your side during the entire workout! Transform body and mind while developing habits that uplift your spirit and bring you happiness through fitness, good health, and mental clarity. Our Stroller Boot Camp class builds on our Stroller Fit format by incorporating jogging intervals, cardio drills and sprints, as well as lots of leg work, upper body strengthening and balance. Personal Training
Our one-on-one personal training sessions are a great way to get in shape. One of our certified personal trainers comes to your preferred location at the time you schedule. Our program designs are creative, and get you fit quick! Our trainers will not only design and work with you through the program, but they will educate you on how and why your program will work for you. Whether you are new to a fitness program, or are just looking for a new challenge to help you meet your new goals, we have the right program for you. Private Boot Camp Programs
We offer both small group personal private training services, and small group boot camp fitness programs. Our group personal training services are ideal for groups of 5 or less and we are able to create a variety of program design options, and coaching options. A consultation is generally recommended in order to better understand your groups needs. Our create-boot-camps are available to co-ed groups of 8 or more. You would have the opportunity to participate in our regular boot camp program but at your convenience for time and location. Boot Camp is outdoors only in the warm months and indoor in the colder months. Build camaraderie and even choose the type of music that motivates your group! Check our Private Boot Camp Rates.

Bridal Party Boot Camp
What Bride doesn’t want to look gorgeous in her dress? Whether you’ve chosen your dress and just want to look great in it, or you’ve put off shopping for one until you are happier with your figure....Basic Training Fitness can help. We’ll assign one of our highly skilled Personal Trainers to work with you and your bridal party to get fit for the big day. Your Trainer will customize a package for you to ensure you can meet your goals in time for your wedding. We think you’ll be surprised at just how reasonable the rates are! Create Your Own Boot Camp
Basic Training Fitness offers a variety of boot camps to assist our clients in achieving their health and fitness goals. Can’t find a time or location that suits you? Have a group that you want to share a private, custom tailored bootcamp with?......no problem! You get the group together (minimum of 8) and let us know what days, times and location you would like your bootcamp to take place and leave the rest to us. We’ll assign you an awesome Trainer who will work with your group to design a plan that works for you! Contact us for more information. |

Nutritional Assessment & Wellness Plans
A nutrition assessment is an in-depth evaluation of both objective and subjective data related to an individual's food and nutrient intake and lifestyle. Emphasis is placed on normal nutrition and health assessment for our clients. We employ a full time Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and practicing Holistic Iridololgist. Her success comes from a deep rooted belief that true wellness is built from the inside out. She is very passionate about her work, and her contributions help our clients reach their desired results. Bianca is deeply committed holistic health practitioner, who is very enthusiastic and dedicated to her clients and practice.
