As a certified personal trainer, health and food enthusiast I seek to combine the importance of an overall, healthy body, mind, and soul. We all have busy lives, and knowing how to get the most "oomph" out of your fitness regimen is key - and that's where Boot Camp comes in.
After completing a Masters degree in Musicology, I knew that I wanted to combine this with fitness as a career path.
I began as a certified Personal Trainer Specialist, then received an opportunity to teach fitness classes. "You're a musician," they said to me. "You'll pick it up just fine!"
Terrified, I tried it any way and discovered a passion that I never would have guessed. My interval-style, weight-training fitness classes have proven to be popular, and I discovered a whole new way to help individuals achieve their goals.
