Growing up I have always led a fit and active lifestyle being a member of
many team sports and the track and field team. Health and Fitness wasn't
even something I had to think about doing it was just a part of me.
As a busy mother of 3 young and very active boys I know how hard it can be to
find a happy balance between work, family and health and fitness that's why
I decided to make a life change and I quit my full time job and opened my
own personal training business.
This was 13 years ago and I haven't looked back since. I am experienced in training one on one with clients as well as teaching group fitness classes ranging from high-low aerobics, circuit class, boot camp, kickboxing, muscle conditioning and spin bike classes. |

Being a wife and a mother I realize how hard it can be to find time for yourself, but also how important it is for not only you but for them as well. It is my philosophy that fitness relieves stress and keeps you not only physically fit but mentally fit as well. The healthier and better you feel about yourself, the better you will be able to take care of the people that are important to you.
In my job as a trainer I get to pass on my knowledge and skills and to motivate others to strive to be the best that they can be.
I never stop motivating my clients or myself to keep pushing to set and reach new goals. In saying this, I decided to challenge myself and to take my fitness level to another plateau and trained for my first fitness modeling competition a few years ago. I was deeply transformed in the most positive way, both mentally and physically. As a result, I have had many people ask me to train them for their own fitness competitions or just to reach a personal goal that they have set for themselves. No matter what your fitness level is, I look forward to sharing my passion for fitness and health with you.
